Position: Transit Bus Operator – City of Scottsdale Trolley Service

We’re currently hiring friendly, professional, and safety-conscious Transit Bus Operators to support our contract with the City of Scottsdale’s Trolley Transit Service.

Your Role

As a Transit Bus Operator, you’ll help ensure passengers reach their destinations safely and on time while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for operating a transit bus on fixed routes, maintaining schedules, and creating a welcoming environment for all riders.

Requirements

  • Arizona CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement

  • 3+ years’ experience operating a transit, school, or charter bus

  • Current DOT Medical Card

  • Clean MVR and background check

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Pay & Benefits

  • 💵 Starting Pay: $21.00/hour, with overtime opportunities

  • 📈 Quarterly performance raises – up to $0.50 every 3 months

  • 🕒 Bi-weekly pay (Fridays)
