Dunn is the Founder, President, and CEO of Dunn Transportation and Ollie the Trolley, a leading transportation company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. A trailblazer in the industry, Margaret launched her first trolley operation in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 21, and has since grown her business into a highly respected and award-winning transit organization.
Since founding Dunn Transportation in 1986, Margaret has guided the company through decades of successful operations, innovation, and expansion. Under her leadership, the organization has evolved from a single trolley to a diversified fleet, including executive coaches and trackless trolleys. She spearheaded the expansion of the private charter division from one vehicle to nine and secured a long-term public transit service contract with the City of Scottsdale, which ran from 1991 through 2017—and was successfully awarded again in 2021 and continues through the present. During this time, she has managed a fleet of 21 city-owned buses purchased with federal grant funding and operated five concurrent Spring Training Baseball routes throughout the Phoenix Valley, beginning in 2000.
Her vision and operational acumen have led Dunn Transportation to substantial financial growth, increasing annual revenues from $50,000 to $3.5 million. In addition to operations in Scottsdale, Margaret has overseen services in Omaha, Nebraska and Durango, Colorado.

Margaret holds an Executive MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (2012) and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Dynamics and Transit-Oriented Development from ASU’s Global Institute of Sustainability (2010).

Armando J. Correa
Vice President & General Manager, Dunn Transit
Founder & CEO, Correa Transit LLCArmando J. Correa is a seasoned transportation executive with over a decade of experience in public and private transit operations. He currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Dunn Transit, where he oversees the City of Scottsdale’s Trolley Transit Service. Armando also founded Correa Transit LLC, where he provides customized transit, shuttle, and charter services focused on community and corporate needs.
Since joining Dunn Transit in 2021, Armando has led all facets of operations, including contract management, billing, payroll, scheduling, staff recruitment, DOT and state compliance, fleet oversight, and quality assurance. He provides timely reports to the City of Scottsdale and ensures all vehicles and drivers meet rigorous safety and regulatory standards. His operational expertise spans route development, run structure revisions, vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and daily dispatch coordination.
Previously, Armando served as a Bus Operator with New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), the largest public transportation agency in North America, with a daily bus ridership of over 1.4 million. The MTA operates buses through its New York City Transit division, offering local, limited, express, and Select Bus Services. During his tenure, Armando gained hands-on experience operating in one of the most complex transit environments in the world, honing skills in customer service, safety, and reliability.
In addition to his executive leadership, Armando continues to work as a Charter Operator for Ollie the Trolley, driving trolleys and buses for special events, private charters, and seasonal tours.
Armando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Justice & Law from Western Connecticut State University and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice/Business Administration from Dutchess Community College. He is currently completing a Business Management Certificate at Arizona State University. He is also certified in interior and exterior firefighting operations through the New York State Office of Fire Prevention & Control.

Katie Harrison has served as the bookkeeper for Dunn Transportation for nearly two decades. Her daily responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, processing invoices, and reconciling the general ledger. With over 30 years of hands-on accounting experience, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization.
